Required Paperwork and Forms
All necessary permission paperwork and forms must be completed and submitted by the first day of Summer Marching Band Camp. For percussion and color guard members, forms are due July 14. For all other band members, the forms are due July 28. If all forms are completed before the end of the 2024-25 school year, they may be submitted at that time. Turning in these documents on time is essential for participating in band camp and the upcoming season. Students will not be able to participate in outdoor rehearsal without a physical on file.
