Join a Volunteer Team

Our band program runs on the support of amazing parent volunteers. Whether you have a few hours to help occasionally or want to be more involved throughout the year, there’s a place for you.

Joining a volunteer team does not commit you to every event; it simply adds you to that team’s contact list so the lead can reach out when help is needed.

Hospitality / Meals

Help coordinate food, snacks, and drinks for students during band camp, football games, competitions, and other major band events. OPEN POSITION

Hospitality Coordinator:

The Hospitality Lead helps keep our students fed and ready to go during long band days. This role focuses on planning and coordinating meals, snacks, and drinks for events like band camp, football games, competitions, and other busy rehearsal or performance days. They work with directors on timing, coordinate food orders or donations, track meal counts and dietary needs, and help organize volunteers for serving and cleanup. It’s a great role for someone who enjoys planning and wants to support students in a meaningful behind-the-scenes way.
