Cypress Creek Band offers multiple ways to collect payments. You can submit your payment through Zelle, cash, check, money order, or credit card through CutTime. Please choose the method that works best for you to ensure a smooth transaction.

Credit Card - Through CutTime

• To pay with a credit card, log in to your students CutTime account and select Transactions followed by Make a Payment.

  • Please note that a 3% convenience fee applies to this payment method.
     

Zelle - ccbbctreasurer@gmail.com

• Zelle users send money through their bank's app or the Zelle app. Payment transfers with Zelle generally happen within minutes and don't incur any fees. 
• Please ensure to include your student's name and reason for payment in the memo line prior sending payment. This is very important to ensure proper credit.

Cash - 

• Cash should be in a sealed envelope and put in the locked blue box in the band hall.
• Please make sure that the student's name and reason for payment is written on the envelope.

Check - 

• Checks should be made out to Cypress Creek Band Booster Club or CCBBC.
• Please make sure that the student's name and reason for payment is written in the memo line of the check.
• Checks should be in a sealed envelope (if possible) and put in the locked blue box in the band hall.

Money Orders - 

• Money orders should be made out to Cypress Creek Band Booster Club or CCBBC.
• Please make sure that the students name and reason for payment is written in the memo line of the money order.
• Money orders should be in a sealed envelope (if possible) and put in the locked blue box in the band hall.
