2024-25
How much are band fees for the 2024-25 school year?
The band fee for the 2024-25 is $500 per student. These fees cover the entire school year, including both marching and concert seasons.
What do band fees cover?
This year your child's fees help pay for the following:
- Game day and Contest Meals
- Master Class Teachers
- Region Band Entry Fees
- Solo and Ensemble Entry Fees
- Winter Camp Weekend
- Band Shirt and Show Shirt
- Water Bottle
- Marching Show Drill
- Marching Show Music
- Marching Show Copyright Clearance
- Marching Show Props/Front Drops
- Marching Band Uniform Cleaning and Alterations
- Marching Contest Entry Fees
- Concert Uniforms Cleaning and Alterations
- Percussion Equipment
- Marching Band Techs/Clinicians
- Concert Band Clinicians
- Other Program Operating costs
- Office miscellaneous supplies (copy paper, ink, etc)
- And so much more...
Ways to Pay
Band fees may be paid via cash, check, or money order by placing them in the blue box in the band room. Checks should be made out to CCBBC (Cypress Creek Band Booster Club). Please ensure your student's name is included on the memo line or envelope to ensure proper credit.
Alternatively, you can make a payment through Zelle to our treasurer at ccbbctreasurer@gmail.com. When making a Zelle payment, please ensure to include your student's name in the Memo line. This is very important to ensure proper credit.

Payment Plan Options
If you are not paying your band fees in full, your first payment of $200 will be due on fee day on August 9th, followed by $100 installments on September 2nd, October 1st, and November 1st.
